I am sitting at the bar at Esters. Esters is a cool gentrified neighborhood bar. This area use to be a Latino and Black community back in the day, but not so much anymore. 

There are 22 taps of beer, so most of the menu is beer driven.

My favorite item on their menu are the Fat Tire Nachos! These nachos are the best nachos I ever had. I dance in my chair when I eat it. Let me describe; Fat Tire braised pork shoulder, queso  blanco cheese sauce, bbq sauce, tomatoes, black beans, jalapenos, green onions, sour cream and house made chips cooked in a wood fire oven! When I am having a bad day or it's a Treat Yo'Self kind of day, I will order these nachos. 

Today I ordered my standard pint of IPA beer and the roasted Brussel sprouts & Cauliflower with bacon, parmesan bread crumbs, and some kind of fry sauce they call Yum Yum sauce. It was indeed Yum Yum 

The thing about this place is the food is so fucking awesome. They have a wood fire pizza oven, so of  course the pizzas are delicious. All the pizzas are bomb. Build your own or order a salad or sandwich instead. Only 3 options for desert, but they keep the options seasonal, and I am ok with that. They have a awesome brunch on the weekends and I absolutely love the kids menu! All choices are simple and will make parents feel good feeding their kids dinner here.

3. Pepperoni Pizza
4. Cheese Pizza
5. Chicken, cheese & broccoli Pizza 

Come one come all, this place gets a gold star.
